Can I use the USA eSIM in Canada or Mexico too?
No, it's US only. For combined trips we have dedicated Canada and Mexico eSIMs, or install both and switch when you cross.
Does it work with a European iPhone?
Yes. European iPhones (XS onwards) are eSIM-unlocked and support AT&T and T-Mobile bands.
When should I activate my eSIM for the United States?
Install it before departure via the QR we email you. It only starts counting when it connects to a network in the United States, so you land with data ready.
Is my phone compatible with eSIM?
Most phones from 2019 onwards support eSIM: iPhone XS or later, Samsung Galaxy S20+, Google Pixel 3+ and most recent models. Check in Settings > Mobile Data > Add eSIM.
Can I share data (hotspot) in the United States?
